Sadhana Saarthi is a digital wellness and sadhana platform owned and operated by SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP, registered in India. All contractual relationships for subscriptions, consultations, and premium track enrollments are entered into with this legal entity.

References to “we,” “us,” or “the Platform” mean SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP and its authorised representatives acting on behalf of Sadhana Saarthi.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and purchase subscriptions or consultations. Users enrolling minors in the Pragya youth track must be a parent or legal guardian and accept full responsibility for practice compliance and safety disclosures.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, for all activity under your account, and for ensuring that health disclosures submitted during onboarding are accurate and current. Misrepresentation of medical restrictions may void safety guardrails and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Sadhana Saarthi offers annual subscription tiers — Sadhana Core, Sadhana Elite, and Sadhana Absolute — billed in your local currency through our secure payment partner. Subscriptions provide access to platform features including personalised journey roadmaps, practice tracking, teacher matching, and premium track guidance.

Subscription fees are disclosed at checkout based on your region. Once payment is confirmed, your 12-month sadhana journey may be generated and made available in your account.

Subscriptions do not guarantee placement with a specific teacher, clinical outcomes, or medical cures. All sadhana guidance is educational and rooted in classical Hatha Yoga transmission standards — not licensed medical treatment.

Premium tracks (Sadhana Chikitsa, Conscious Womb, Pragya, Inner Management) include built-in safety guidance for practice logging. You agree to honour empty-stomach constraints, pregnancy and postpartum advisories, children's practice limits, and all safety notices displayed on the platform.

Attempting to circumvent safety guidance or submitting falsified practice records may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

All platform software, personalised journey roadmaps, practice analytics, pricing structures, and proprietary content on Sadhana Saarthi are the exclusive intellectual property of SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP.

You may not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from platform content or journey roadmaps without written consent. Isha Foundation practice names and Sadhguru quotations used on the Platform remain subject to their respective transmission and attribution requirements.

You agree not to misuse the Platform for harassment, unauthorised commercial solicitation, circumvention of teacher contact protections, or distribution of contraindicated practice instructions outside approved modules.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable Indian law, or payment partner compliance requirements, with or without prior notice where fraud or safety risk is identified.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including practice-related injury where safety advisories were displayed and disregarded.

Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Madhya Pradesh, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protection remedies available under applicable statute.
