1. General Policy Framework
Sadhana Saarthi sells digital subscription access and scheduled consultation services. Because our core product involves immediate provisioning of personalised journey roadmaps and practice guidance, refund eligibility is strictly limited as described below.
All payments are processed through our secure payment partner in your local currency. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@sadhanasaarthi.in with your registered email and payment reference number.
2. 1:1 Online Sadhana Consultation
The 1:1 Online Sadhana Consultation is a 45-minute sadhana assessment service priced at dynamic international rates: ₹999 INR · $39 USD · €35 EUR · £30 GBP · S$55 SGD · 145 AED.
- Rescheduling buffer: You must request a reschedule at least 24 hours in advance of your confirmed IST time slot (09:00, 11:00, 14:00, or 16:00). Reschedule requests within the 24-hour window are subject to teacher availability and may incur a rebooking fee equal to 50% of the consultation price.
- Cancellation before session: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled slot are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No-show policy: Failure to attend a confirmed session without 24-hour notice constitutes a completed service. No refund is issued.
- Post-session: Once the consultation is delivered and your mandala roadmap notes are shared, the service is considered fully rendered. No partial refunds apply.
3. Annual Subscription Plans (Non-Refundable)
Sadhana Core, Sadhana Elite, and Sadhana Absolute are annual digital subscription plans. Upon successful payment, your subscription is activated and your personalised 12-month journey roadmap is made available in your account.
All annual subscription plans operate on a clear non-refundable policy once your 12-month journey roadmap has been successfully provisioned. This includes:
- Personalised journey roadmaps stored in your account
- Activation of premium track guidance tied to your profile
- Teacher matching and scheduling features
- Practice logging, streak tracking, and dashboard journey progression
If your subscription or journey roadmap fails to activate due to a verified platform error within 48 hours of payment, contact support for a full refund or manual activation. Your dashboard must show no active subscription at the time of the request.
4. Premium Track Enrollments
Premium track selections (Sadhana Chikitsa, Conscious Womb, Pragya, Inner Management) are bundled within annual subscription tiers. Track-specific safety guidance activated during onboarding is not independently refundable.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating an unauthorised chargeback after journey roadmap provisioning constitutes a material breach of our Terms & Conditions. SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP reserves the right to suspend the account and pursue recovery under applicable Indian merchant law.

6. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 business days and credited to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Transaction fees on refunds arising from platform error are borne by SURYANSH PROJECT HATHA YOGA LLP.
